When you’re developing performance-critical electronics, quality and reliability aren’t optional – they’re everything. That’s why we’re committed to IPC standards across every project we work on.
What IPC Standards Mean for You
IPC standards (maintained by the Global Electronics Association) aren’t just industry tick-boxes. They’re proven frameworks that ensure your electronic components are designed, manufactured and assembled to consistently high standards. More importantly, they protect your investment and reputation.
How our IPC expertise directly benefits your project:
Fewer headaches, fewer delays
We get it right first time. Our IPC-certified team applies these standards from day one, which means you avoid costly rework, delays, or worse – product recalls down the line.
Better products, straight away
Our knowledge of the latest IPC standards feeds directly into improved quality and functionality. We don’t just follow the rules – we use them to make your products better.
One point of contact
Because we handle design through to manufacture in-house, our IPC compliance is seamless across your entire project. No gaps, no finger-pointing between suppliers.
Adaptable to your needs
Whether you’re in aerospace, automotive, medical or another highly regulated sector, we tailor our approach to meet your specific requirements and industry standards.
Our In-House IPC Capability
Here’s what sets us apart: we have our own internal IPC trainers. This means we’re not just following standards – we’re teaching them.
Every member of our manufacturing team is trained to IPC-A-610 and IPC-J-STD-001 standards. This isn’t a one-off exercise. Our in-house training capability means we maintain consistently high standards across the team and can adapt quickly as standards evolve.
We’re also certified to IPC 7711 (part of the IPC-7711/7721 standard), which gives us comprehensive, industry-approved procedures for rework, modification and repair of electronic assemblies. In practical terms, this means if something needs adjusting or fixing, we have the certified expertise to do it properly, saving you time and keeping your project moving forward.
Why We Stay Ahead
We keep current with IPC standards because technology moves fast and regulations change. Having trainers in-house means we’re not waiting for external courses. We’re continuously upskilling our team and staying at the forefront of best practice. You benefit from this investment without having to become an expert yourself.
Let’s Talk
