The problem? You probably didn’t know half of this
Here’s the thing: whilst we’ve been heads-down delivering great work for our customers, we haven’t been great at telling anyone about it. Our old website was built years ago and frankly, it didn’t represent the company we are today. More importantly, we realised that many of you – potential customers, existing partners, even our own supply chain – simply didn’t know the full extent of what we can do.
That needed to change.
We listened, we learned, we’re acting
We’ve been consulting with customers and colleagues to understand how we’re perceived and where we can improve. The feedback has been invaluable – not just confirming what we do well but helping us shape our strategy.
The result? A repositioned business with a new website that accurately reflects our capabilities and experience. But it’s much more than a website refresh.
Time to shout about it
We’ve brought in marketing expertise because we’ve realised something important: being good at what you do isn’t enough if people don’t know about it. Our team, from in-house IPC trainers to design engineers to production specialists, collectively delivers world-class capability every day. With this expertise, investment in training and problem-solving that keeps projects on track, it’s time we told people about it, so they can see what makes us different.
So that’s exactly what we’re doing.
