Certifications

IPC

Members of Interconnecting and Packaging Electronic circuits (IPC), we have our own internal IPC trainers and every member of our manufacturing team is trained to IPC-A-610 and IPC-J-STD-001 standards.

We are also certified to IPC 7711 (part of the IPC-7711/7721 standard) which provides for comprehensive, industry-approved procedures for the rework, modification, and repair of electronic assemblies.

Our Quality Management System (QMS) is approved to ISO9001:2015.

Investing in equipment

We operate a continual programme of investment in state-of-the art equipment and market leading technology to ensure the end products we design, develop and manufacture are of the highest quality. Like our Xray machine which helps identify issues with components, our 3D AOI machine which gives greater visibility around component lifting or issues with joints, and our dry cabinet to reduce issues with circuit board efficacy cause by humidity.
