Ball Grid Array (BGA) and micro-BGA placement
We have the expertise, experience and specialised equipment to place BGAs on circuit boards and rework BGA components, for example where there is a faulty solder joint or defective chip.
Our X-ray machine enables us to identify BGA issues that can’t be seen by eye, and our rework stations and preheaters, enable us to precisely control the heat needed to melt solder balls and achieve a reliable, functional connection.
Latest 3D AOI equipment
Our 3D AOI machine ensures high quality assembly on every run by identifying missing, incorrect or wrongly orientated components and checking components haven’t lifted or joints haven’t formed properly.
Automated solder paste inspection (SPI)
Our automated SPI service applies solder to a circuit board before its components are added. A camera inspection then enables early identification of issues, ensuring a 99% first rate pass, saving time and rework costs.
Conformal coating
A clear lacquer is applied to the circuit board to protect from moisture.
Functional testing
Thorough functional testing is undertaken for complete reassurance that your product will work as you intend it to.
Dedicated project managers

Humidity control
